Christmas is coming!

Yes, I know. Thanksgiving comes first. We're talking all about the things we're thankful for. Elijah is thankful for "Nana and Papa and Pap and Gram and Ayden and Grammy and Insey and Joe and Baby Autumn and Matt..." He's thankful for his family and his house and preschool and Bubba. And in his 2 year old understanding that's all okay by me. And Just as we process thanksgiving we also usher in the Christmas season. A mini photo shoot captured a few of his precious smiles - in action of course. And his obsession with Snowmen continues (as does his mother's) and he had fun making Christmas door hangers with Nana.

He's in awe of the Christmas lights that now adorn each window, the door and the front yard. He runs down to the Snowman in the yard to talk to him. His very own Christmas tree is coming with non-breakable ornaments. And one of his favorite things to run around saying is "Candy Cane." The excitement of Christmas being lived out through the eyes of this precious child brings out the joy of what it truly should be.
