A Toy Story Christmas

Elijah Riley is living in Andy's Toy Story world now. He got Buzz & Woody stuff animals, Buzz & Woody the real action figures (not to be confused with "dolls"), TWO Potato Heads - complete with the Toy Story interchangeable parts, a Toy Story suitcase and everything else necessary to complete his Toy Story play-world. His toddler-size 4-wheeler even has a Buzz theme. The only thing that didn't come in Toy Story fashion was his Bounce House - yes, he has a full size bounce house now planted in his playroom - but he's not complaining because it's a HIT! He loves to play in the bounce house.

He made Christmas so fun this year, staring in wonderment at all the Christmas lights and ornaments (mostly removing all the ornaments from the tree). Without even having to "teach" him he walked by Santa in the mall and shouted "Hi Santa, I want Buzz & Woody." He loved watching Rudolph and Frosty and singing Christmas carols like Jingle Bells, Santa Clause is Coming to Town, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and We Wish You a Merry Christmas. Seeing Christmas through his eyes was certainly fun...but we were quick to read his Christmas books every night and he also knew that we were celebrating something else besides presents. "Happy Birthday, Jesus!" He would say.
