Happy 4th of July! Today we celebrate freedom and independence...as a country, as a nation, as a family. The fam came over for a cookout and we had a great time gathered in the living room watching Elijah entertain us - literally. The kid is non-stop and was all-too-willing to ham it up knowing he had an active audience. He made his rounds from person to person, laughing, blowing bubbles, playing "chase" (where he crawls away and waits for someone to chase after him), and whatever else he could get do to cause a reaction from all of us. It was hilarious!
Playing in the fun tunnel Nana bought.
Is that Root Beer you're drinking?! No wonder he gulped it down and was bouncing off the walls after dinner!
Trying to get away from Aunt Lindsay & inspecting (then eating) Uncle Joey's hat.

"Look Papa, this is how this goes..."
He LOVES to get under the table and play with the buttons on the stereo...and well, I guess he was bent over a little too much because, can we say Plumber in the making??? (Yes, I do know he will one day hate me for this but it just "cracked" me up! :)
