You wake up, stretch, and smile.
You meet someone new, you smile.
Mommy or daddy come home, you smile.
We get ready to feed you and you smile.
You even belly laugh, hiding your face in your hands or burying it in someone's shoulder, when you get so excited.
We see nothing but a big gummy grin all the time.
And then the camera is turned on...
You little stinker. It's as if the on button to the camera flips your smile to the off switch.
So for all your adoring fans, and mostly so Pap can stop fussing at me, here are your updated pictures - serious and all.

Play time - usually a happy time...and then the camera turns on.

Let's go for a close up. Nope, still didn't work.

Thought we could catch you off guard - you were fascinated by looking at yourself in the mirror...but still no smile.

This is right AFTER the smiling and laughing once you got a clean diaper.

Getting ready for bed - knowing the nightly routine usually gets you fired up - kicing your legs, waving your arms, laughing and smilng - but not for the camera.

Can we count this as half a grin?!

Dad, you're funny but mom has the camera on.

Mom, you're not fooling me.

Okay, fine...We'll FORCE it.
